Representatives of UHHRU and its partner organization Regional Centre for Human Rights under support of International Renaissance Foundation and International Partnership for Human Rights are now visiting Autumn PACE session in Strasbourg.

Also in this delegation takes his part Archbishop of Simferopol and Crimea Vladyka Kliment. The main focus of advocacy work of the delegation is concentrated on the problems of the occupied population of Crimea, namely residents with Ukrainian ethnic origin or pro-Ukrainian position, Crimean Tatars and prisoners. This topic was widely explored on the 11^th of October during the Round table format talks on the subject “Crimea: the occupation as the reason of displacement of prisoners, Crimean Tatars, ethnic Ukrainians and other population groups. Dialogue within the framework of the Geneva Convention (IV) 1949” jointly organized by UHHRU, The Ukrainian Delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and International Renaissance Foundation.

Among the speakers at the event were not only civil society experts, but also MPs Mustafa Dzhemilev and Georgiy Logvynskyi, as well as Archibishop of Simferopol and Crimea Vladyka Kliment.

Other issues related to the work of UHHRU and its partners also have been raised during the meetings with the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights, Focal Point for Human Rights Defenders, Secretariat of Council of Europe, as well as members of the PACE and representatives of the European Court for Human Rights.
