The Strategic Litigation Center of UHHRU published a new version of the instruction on the protection of the property rights and the right to respect for one’s home in the ECHR. These abovementioned rights were violated due to the events in the ATO zone. The changes occurred in paragraph 2. Applicant’s actions before submitting the application, namely in the part – ”Available national means of legal defense.” In particular, they modified the content of the legal application example and significantly expanded its regulatory framework.
We would like to remind that the lawyers of the Strategic Litigation Centre developed the detailed instruction. In the instruction, they described the recommended actions before and during applying to the European Court. They also prepared examples of typical applications to the ECHR as well as to the police.
