The website of the Strategic Litigation Center of the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union now has a new look.

According to Olena Sapozhnikova, an analyst and editor of the site, the idea to make rebranding of the resource arose due to objective reasons. Its previous version was created to cover the activity of the Platform of Strategic Judicial Protection, which, in addition to the Strategic Litigation Center, included several organizations. At the end of the project, the staff of the Centre faced the need for reformatting the portal, as time dictated new requirements to both the form of the material and its content and thematic content.

Today analytics of the lawyers of the Strategic Litigation Center is a basis for the website. The analytics includes reviews the decisions of international institutions, translations, analytical articles, notes, etc. In particular, the home page contains some analytical products of the Center: full electronic version of the collection “Precedent UA – 2015”, reviews of judgments of the European Court versus Ukraine in 2015, reviews of the decisions of the Grand Chamber of the European Court, the Instruction on the protection of the property rights and the right to respect for one’s home, that were damaged during the events in the ATO zone in the European Court etc.

Also, “Implementation of Judgments of the European Court of Human Rights” is a new column of the website, which will constantly be updated.
