Is there life after monitoring? 4 months have passed since monitoring within the Local Human Rights Index framework was performed in Bilozirska united territorial community of Cherkasy Oblast. The local community has undergone an impartial evaluation as regards the human rights situation and recommendations on ways to improve it.
