USAID Human Rights in Action Program, being implemented by the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union, supports the network of nine legal aid centers to enhance protection of the conflict-affected and displaced population from Crimea and eastern Ukraine.
The network includes Donbas-focused legal aid offices in Sloviansk, Toretsk, Mariupol, Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk, Sumy and Dnipro, Kyiv-based Specialized legal aid center targeting both Crimean and Donbas residents and IDPs as well as Crimea-oriented office in Kherson.
