UHHRU files the case with the International Criminal Court on crimes in relation to missing since autumn 2014 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
In June 2019 UHHRU Documentation Center will complete the investigation regarding missing servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The incident happened in autumn 2014.
During joint with Hromadske TV work in the project regarding material violation of the International Humanitarian Law at the territory of the armed conflict, UHHRU Documentation Center questioned and documented the evidence provided by the relatives and witnesses. The facts of severe crimes in relation to the captured servicemen of the 40th territorial defense battalion will be the basis for filing the case with the International Criminal Court.
Their relatives and close friends still hope for their return.
