The Human Dimension Implementation Meeting (HDIM) of OSCE participating States is Europe’s largest annual human rights and democracy conference. It is organized every year by the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) as a platform for the 57 OSCE participating States, the OSCE Partners for Co-operation, OSCE structures, civil society, international organizations and other relevant actors to take stock of the implementation of OSCE human dimension commitments, discuss associated challenges, share good practices and make recommendations for further improvement.

This year meeting takes place in Warsaw, from 11 to 22 September 2017, with two sessions scheduled per day.

Expert of the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union and  NGO ‘Human Rights Vector Sasha Delemenchuk took part in the Human Dimension Implementation meeting in Warsaw and carried out series of the meetings with stakeholders, including: Austrian Deputy Foreign Minister Michael Linhart, representatives of the Sweden Delegation to the OSCE , Omer Fischer, Head of the Human Rights​ Department and David Mark, Human Right advisor to the OSCE/ODIHR. During the meetings issues  of human rights concern in Ukraine  and wider Eastern Partnership region has been disscussed. 

 Sasha Delemenchuk took part in the Democracy Defenders Interactive Workshop on Strengthening Civil Society Input at the OSCE and moderated “Foreign Agents” Side Event, organized by US Delegation to the OSCE.
