The essence of the process for incorporating rules of the international law into children’s rights was conveyed. European legal standards and legal mechanisms for child protection were analyzed. Specifics of legal and judicial remedies for children’s rights in the light of the military conflict in Ukraine. Concerns regarding upholding children’s rights in the light of the military conflict in the Eastern Ukraine were considered.
