Let us bring to your attention the analytical reports on the results of UHHRU monitoring visit to checkpoints and points of documents reception and processing for permit issue in the ATO zone:

·         the analytical report  on the results of monitoring visit to the city of Artemivsk and Velykonovosilkivskyi District of Donetsk Region;

·         the analytical report on the results of monitoring visit to the city of Mapiupol of Donetsk Region.

The visit has been conducted within the framework of USAID Human Rights in Action Programme on May 22-27, 2015 with the purpose of inspecting illegal restrictions of the freedom of movement, namely the freedom of crossing the “line of contact” for getting the permits and improvement of this procedure at the checkpoints issuing such permits in Donetsk region after the updated by the State Security Service of Ukraine “Temporary Order of entry into the of uncontrolled territory and exit from it for citizens of Ukraine and foreigners (stateless persons) as of 05.12.2015”.
